How do you ship your meat products?
All orders are packed in eco-friendly, insulated liners with dry ice to ensure your meat arrives frozen or perfectly chilled. We ship via carbon-neutral carriers to minimize our environmental footprint.
What does 'Regenerative Agriculture' mean?
Regenerative agriculture is a holistic land management practice that restores soil health, increases biodiversity, and captures carbon. At REP Provisions, we partner with ranchers who prioritize the ecosystem as much as the livestock.
Is your beef 100% grass-fed?
Yes, our cattle are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished. They spend their entire lives grazing on open pastures, never receiving grain, hormones, or sub-therapeutic antibiotics.
When will my order arrive?
We typically ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays to prevent weekend transit delays. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your box leaves our facility.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Absolutely. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right through a refund or replacement.
Can I recycle the packaging?
Yes! Our shipping boxes are curbside recyclable, and our insulated liners are made from compostable or recyclable materials. Please check the specific instructions printed on the liner for disposal.
